2. Monthly & Annual: Includes Water, Sewer, Garbage. Customers pays for Power ($.17/kwh), Cable ($30/mo), Sales Tax (.035%)

3. Rates are based upon one RV, one tow vehicle, and two people. Additional persons and extra vehicles are charged $2.50/day , children less than 12 years are FREE

4. Checkout Time is 11am

5. Extended Stays (11am-4pm) is $5.00

6. Vehicle Wash Permits are $5.00

7. Group Rates available upon request
